PRACTICE in the ARO TRADITION

Come practice with ordained yogis and yoginis of the Aro Nyingma Tradition. In each practice session we will provide instruction and explanation of the method of practice for that session, opportunity for you to have direct experience of it, and a following question and answer discussion period.

The group will meet on the last Sunday of every month.

For everyone, 'enlightenment is potentially available'.

YOGIC  SONG  & SILENT SITTING

There will be group practice of yogic song & silent sitting meditation in the Aro Tradition,
with instruction from ordained teachers and time for questions and answers.

The group will meet on the second Sunday of every month in 2012.

ARO  STUDY GROUP

Aro Gompa, 637 Carlton Ave #2, Brooklyn NY

We will study the writings of the Lamas of the Aro Tradition at our monthly meetings.
There will be an opportunity for questions & answers and discussion.

The group will meet on the second Sunday of every month,
after the practice meeting and a break for lunch.

Readings will be assigned to be completed before each meeting.
For the May meeting please read the first three chapters (plus the Opening) of
Wearing the Body of Visions by Ngakpa Chogyam (Ngak'chang Rinpoche).
